RPC bpi protec – 100% recyclable Stand-up Non Laminate Bag

RPC bpi protec has developed an innovative stand-up non-laminate bag as a cost-effective and environmentally-sustainable alternative to the traditional Doy sealed pouch. The new X-EnviroPouch will be launching on stand A40 at Packaging Innovations in Birmingham. (28 February – 1st March)

Made from PE X-EnviroPouch is fully recyclable and meets growing consumer demand for sustainable plastic packaging. RPC bpi protec have developed this new innovation in line with their sustainability policy.

Available in white or natural film, X-EnviroPouch’s stand-up properties create greater display flexibility for retailers. This is further enhanced by a wider choice of pouch sizes and a gloss or matt print finish to allow aesthetically-pleasing designs that maximise brand image and on-shelf impact. For maximum consumer convenience, the bag can also be reclosable with a prestoclose seal or supplied as film on the reel for the packer or filler to form themselves.

The new X-EnviroPouch is part of bpi protec’s X-Range which provides a variety of flexible packaging products that offer added value to food manufacturers and retailers, such as increased line speed operation, portion control management, fully recyclable alternatives to traditional non-recyclable methods, and reclosable films.

“Our new X-EnviroPouch is an exciting development and is an integral part of our commitment to create products and develop appropriate working practices that help to protect the environment and support the requirements of the circular economy,” comments Sue Mohan, RPC bpi protec’s Sales Director.
